How to clean Calvin Klein K218 watch?

Anyone has an idea of how to dismantle the buttons and clean of them? Please give me an idea if this to remove the watch mechanism from the case or whether the buttons can be extracted without removing the mechanism. If the latter is true then how do I extract the buttons ?|||"C-4" or a 20 pound sledgehammer will make short work of it.
