How to spot a fake Calvin Klein Tote?

My local....discount store( you know the place everything goes too after its out of style and maybe a year and some months old) is selling Calvin Klein Take Everywhere Totes, and for super cheap. less than $20. But my mom and aunt weren't so impressed, they said the leather was too rubbery, made too much noise and way too shinny. How could i tell if they really are knockoffs?|||Not sure, All I know is the logo would probably look dodgy or isnt even there D:
